How to Delete Your Account

To request account deletion from within the Harmony app:

1. Open User Settings (gear icon)
2. Go to the Account tab
3. Scroll to the Delete Account section
4. Click "Delete Account" and enter your password to confirm

If you cannot access your account, please contact us at support@teragontechnologies.com to request deletion.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you request account deletion:

• 14-day grace period: Your account is scheduled for deletion 14 days from the request date. During this period, you can cancel the deletion by logging back in.
• Immediate effects: You will be logged out of all devices and sessions immediately upon requesting deletion.
• Messages are preserved: Your messages will remain visible in conversations but will be attributed to "Deleted User" instead of your username.
• Personal data is removed: Your email address, password, avatar, profile information, friend lists, and all other personal data will be permanently deleted after the grace period.
• Server memberships: You will be removed from all servers you are a member of.

Server Ownership

If you own any servers, you must transfer ownership to another member before you can delete your account. This ensures that communities are not disrupted by account deletion.

How to Cancel Deletion

During the 14-day grace period, you can cancel the deletion request by logging into your account. Once logged in, go to User Settings > Account and click "Cancel Deletion".

After the 14-day grace period, your account and data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
